Flor De Maria McNally is an award-winning Realtor, devoted mother of six, and the new owner of Real Estate Mega Moms. She is known for her heart-centered, honest, and deeply encouraging approach to helping women in real estate build businesses that actually work for their lives.
Her own journey took her from significant debt to a multimillion-dollar real estate business, and she built it without chasing leads or begging for referrals. She built it on one radical idea: care for the people already in your world so intentionally that business comes to you.
That system became her new book, Stop Asking for Referrals, and it is the same philosophy she now brings to the Mega Moms community. Flor's heart for Mega Moms is bigger than sales numbers. She believes women deserve strategies that work, coaching that speaks to real life, and a community that reminds them they are capable of building something meaningful without carrying it all alone.
